Yes, my Arcanists used to use Ice powers as well, and I never liked playing an Ice Mage. I liked the Lightning and Chaos Magick, but when I play Wizartd for SH farming etc, I use a Thaum AoE build. Looking forward to seeing your build, Thaum should have SOMETHING other than Ray of Enfeeblement for ST. {:o:O:}

I believe if there’s no change to Ray or ST for Thaum, it’ll be nothing more than another carbon copy of the arcanist and we’re back in the same boat as before 🤷🏽‍♂️

How's your uptime on the stacks from the chest and helmet crit and crit sev?

The chest is a flat 12% Crit Chance after 60 seconds iirc. As long as I maintain 5-7 stacks from the Helmet I can maintain 90% Crit. Usually comes a lot faster when using daily. But if I switch some minor things on the build and use Entangling Force instead of Conduit, it procs the Helmet much faster than waiting for Shatter to proc.

I was not invited to the private testing of the Wizard. So God only knows who they invited. I do know they had some Rogue and Paladin players give insight on the Wizard xD so there's your answer.

I love how Furious Immolation feels now. I don't like the animation change on Oppressive Force or Arcane Singularity.

I love how furious immolation feels and Arcane singularity. In fact, I like AS a little more because when used with Frost Wave it helps proc shatter more than using furious immolation
