I think they call it Dark Avengers: Siege and they mix in Black Panther and Armour Wars. Valentine launches assaults on both Wakanda and New Asgard. Rhodey, Valkyrie and some other characters all band together to fight the Dark Avengers, leading to the formation of the New/Mighty Avengers, setting them up for Avengers 4 and 6.

The Dark Avengers is such a big event that they should make a (Infinity War), or (Secret Wars) type build up movie. The amount of big characters it would take to make that movie only suggests that, that is what it would be.

Marvel Studios were absolute fools. I’m all for a dark avengers movie but we definitely should have had armor wars and vision quest already instead of echo and she hulk. It’s really unfortunate because those could have easily helped build up the dark avengers better. I also hope Zemo is used more and it results in a masters of evil movie or series.

I liked Echo.... But admit the last episode of She Hulk was definitely too out there .... Unless somehow they retcon that ending by saying the matrix broke, illusion, or it was an illusion, manipulation or something by TVA, Mephisto, or some abstract being I dunno.

I would like to think that thunderbolts are gonna become the dark avengers and that, as you said, dark reign is gonna be the next arc Thinking about it, the MCU is now hated outside the movies, on internet, so they could take that to fuel the dark avengers inside the MCU and make them a "better" version of the avengers, in a way is what James Gunn is doing with Superman using edgier heroes, so this could be MCUs answer too The president hates the skrulls, the flagsmashers were more loved

If they do dark Avengers or dark reign like you suggest, they should also set up the possible threat of mutants with the the mutant registration act basically setting up the X-Men, phase 6 and 7 with more mutant centric story lines.

I'd rather to Thunderbolts/Dark Avengers (Seige) then instead of Thor 5... A limited series equivalent to a 3 or 4 part Disney plus event/film adaptation of "War of the Realms". One incorpates Chaos War, Eternals characters, Olympians, exc

I think the asterisk will just be part of the story. Like the team will be call "Thunderbolts" but Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine will not like the name and want to change it later. Like normally having an asterisk after something is pointing to terms and conditions below. I think this will be pointing to something like "name to be updated at a later point". I think this will also be in the poster hidden in the credits block at the bottom.

Thanks Tay I really enjoyed this one. I think the follow up would perhaps be a Civil War 2 film? Really hope that Zemo and Abomination (I think both may be anti-heroes if Red Hulk will be a villain and as Sentry will be too powerful) are in the TB. Love all this street level gritty stuff. Hey Tay! It’s Aaron! Big one coming: Got a new theory on how they should create a Secret Wars trilogy to properly end the Multiverse Saga. It goes: Part 1: Avengers vs. X-Men, no villains, 616 MCU with Spider-Man, Star Lord and Captain Marvel leading the fight against the Fox X-Men because of Incursions. Some die and Battleworld is formed . Part 2: Tobey Spider-Man, RDJ Iron Man variant, and Hugh Jackman Wolverine lead a Multiversal Avengers Team (616 MCU/Fox X-Men) vs the Multiversal villains, led by King Thanos, Ultron, Kang and others in Battleworld. Dr. Doom is behind everything and in the overarching villain. Part 3: The Beyonder or a hybrid Beyonder (Dr. Doom Beyonder or so) is the big bad. The villains and heroes need to work together to fight for the Multiverse and reality. After the battle they reset to the MCU and a new timeline is formed. I've said before that there needs to be a LOTR style trilogy that sets up and pays off every major hero, villain and landscape, while paying homage to the 1984 run and 2015 Hickman run. Sorry to nerd out, this thought was simmering for a while.Thoughts on how this can go down and how plausible or cool it can be?I'd love to hear your thorough thoughts! Thanks Tay!

Would love to see Defow's Osborne somehow come back to lead Thunderbolts/Dark Avengers. So ironic after being one of Marvel's 1rst iconic Villians in Raimi's first Spiderman... He would return about 20 years later to be one of the best Villians of MCU and all 3 Spidermen!!! Also one of comics most iconic (and layered) villians.. ex. Green Goblin, Iron Patriot, Red Goblin, Gold Goblin not just spidey, or Marvel... But all comics..

I feel like Armor Wars might get cut since they were talking about doing fewer projects and focusing on quality over quantity. I hope it does come out, War Machine deserves his own movie. They would have to make it feel like it could he an Iron Man sequel and that's a hard series to follow.

Just starting the video now. I’d like to add a couple pieces: 1. I think Raimi will NOT have anything to do with Spider-Man 4. I’m calling Goldstein and Paley (writers from Homecoming and directed the incredible Dungeons and Dragons…I swear I requested this to the internet before RPK announced they’re on a list). 2. Thunderbolts will be changed to Avengers: Dark Reign (hence the *). 3. Armor Wars WILL NOT happen unless RDJ is in it (even if it’s 10-20 minutes like in Homecoming). Without him, it will flop as hard as the Marvels.

No. Bullseye, Elektra, Typhoid Mary, Diamondback, Bushmaster, Davos and Scorpion would be the Dark Avengers. Kingpin brings them together and Ross makes them national and they go up against the Thunderbolts because they are a nonsanctioned team led by Bucky who is violating the terms of his parole by leading a team that was originally formed by Val but consist of people who are pissed at her for creating Sentry herself and then sending the Thunderbolts after him. This would be like Civil War except it would be former villains vs former villains and Bucky would be the one to say "Why are you guys fighting us? We are the good guys, not you."

In terms of theater draw, I didn’t think Armor Wars would cut it, but as a subplot to Thunderbolts: Dark Avengers it makes sense. “Dark Avengers” by itself as a movie title by itself would piss off people looking for the real Avengers. Thunderbolts vs individual superheroes and then all the superheroes left plus Asgardians, Skrulls, etc. Wow! That could take a two parter. Then the Beyonder gets interested. I think I’ll include superbeings from a bunch of parallel universes. How entertaining!

I agree Bucky would have been a better Cap #2. I still think though that the Marvel still have not been able to begin to replace Iron Man and the original Captain America. Without them the Marvel Universe seems to be lost.
