The new animation is beautiful but the sequences from the original were so much better IMO. Especially Mint’s.

Yeah I agree. When I saw Mint's transformation I was like 'they didn't even try did they'. Like they knew they couldn't make it better than the original anyway.

I miss the golden pendants they used to have and the unique way they activated the transformation. The girls used to kiss them besides saying the transformation words. And now no pendants and the transformation activation is ripped off of Sailor Moon.

Also I really miss 4Kids I remember watching Cubix, Sonic X, Dragon Ball Z Kai, Spectacular Spider-Man, Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters, Yu-Gi-Oh Zexal, Yu-Gi-Oh 5Ds, Digimon and Dinosaur King. Those are the good old days watching it. Also I never watched this anime you posted. Is it good?

Mais elle représentait la Magical Girls Rose, et cette couleur permettait également de cacher son identité. Car maintenant, on dirait juste qu'elle a enfilé une robe et point final. Alors, il aurait fallu que sa forme humaine et les cheveux roses et ça transformation beaucoup plus rouge, là ça serait mieux passé. Mais elle ne serait plus Magical Girls rose mais rouge.

Me gusta mucho la secuencia de transformacion de Ichigo, pero la de Mint me parece que dejo un poco que desear, es que la del anime anterior dejo el liston muy alto, extrañe mucho los pasos de ballet, hicieron mucha falta para darle ese toque iconico

Hoping they didn’t also remove the individualized transformation music as well with solo transformations. The 4kidz version of their transformations was great, but they really are missing the choreographed coolness that this show displayed. Praying they kept Pudding’s cultural and familiar backstory as well! And lastly, Ichigos completely vertical leg kick felt like she hadn’t stretched for a few years in this one.

@@miyako1909 I’ve seen her Solo transformation and it’s just bad as the group. She just stands there in one pose and transforms unlike her older much more fluid and dynamic transformation where it looked like she was actually dancing

Omg! YES! I hope that the eng dub doesnt get censored this time! Last series they cut out over 30 episodes and finished the series in 20 episodes out of 52. The sub version is on hidive :)

After seeing this, I can see why the next generation doesn’t like transformation sequences. This took entirely too long and the animators highlighted the tiniest details unnecessarily.

The animation is pretty and all but there are a two problems I have with this one the hair color idk who the red girl is called but I prefer the pink hair from the original version better the second thing is I don’t find the transformations lively and colorful as It did in the first one overall it’s fine I will say though I do find “MEW MEW STYLE MEW MEW FACE MEW MEW POWAR IN YOUR FACE” a bit or just slightly cringy

It's a shame that the entire Tokyo Mew Mew series wasn't dubbed completely, I mean not all the episodes were dubbed by 4kids (It's also fortunate cause of how 4kids kinda handles their dubs poorly???). Still tho, imagine if we had more episodes of Mew Mew Power :)
