Bro many of those modification are Toyota approved. They too made one off road concept. They admire and understand the importance of off-road capabilities. Check the video of Toyota off-road concept and then talk

If the gr sport bumper is plastic material then it is legal.... alloys may be illegal, depending upon how strict the rules are in your state....rest of it is legal......

That much modification is legal, and many accessories that have been put into this car are itself sold by Toyota.
