Just did this last night and gotta say it was my favorite thing to do at disney yet

I mean, yes, science is certainly amazing, I can’t lie…but there are some crazier launches out there, at least more than 0-60.

I found the launch to be slower then Rock & Roller Coaster and less than the reverse part of Expedition Everest. Mild in comparison to Everest.

But youre not going that fast at all. Honestly perhaps the worst MAJOR coaster at any Disney theme park. Short, no true thrills, in theory if ride breaks down u will be in very uncomfortable position. This coaster is a major letdown.

I went on it to it’s now one of my favorites! I’m going back and I will be riding again for sure!

Some sources state it’s 75mph… i mean… still, it’s like speeding in a car on the freeway. Or just a normal freeway speed in many places. Lol.

So when I throw up I’ll think of you, ok… hahaha

I was thinking people may not consider that aspect of these sort of rides, including Tron, Hagrid’s @ Islands of Adventure, or any of the bike/pony-style coasters; you have to be supporting yourself in a sense. Some core strength may be needed lol

@@erikm8372 you could probably say that. The second time I rode it was during Magic Kingdom's Extended Evening hours for deluxe resort guests. And 2 were with the Virtual Queue with the third being with the Individual Lightning Lane.

Yes you can in the back row of certain trains. There’s is a car it’s for people who can fit in the light cycle seating or just feel uncomfortable with the normal seating

On most of the coasters I have been one, the front cars tend to pull less air time (both internal and ejector). On coasters like Expedition Everest where there is a section of the coaster that runs backwards, the middle cars don't pull as much air time as the front and back cars.

That’s to do with airtime. That feeling is partially from weightlessness, airtime, & being briefly “suspended in midair” in a sense. Riding in the back would absolutely not help you as most people who ENJOY that feeling try to sit in the back. 🤣 Kind of like riding in the back of a car tends to be bumpiest or roughest, like on road bumps and dips. And did you mention the car design? Well, think of the design and functionality of a train, or a rollercoaster-if you think of the train going down a drop, or just going over a little bunny hill, the front end slowly has to start descending before it can pull the back end along with it.. i.e., if you sit in the front, you’re sitting momentarily, staring straight down (for literal seconds) on the drop before the gravity and weight of the entire train propels you down… but that means in turn, the back car gets pulled down harder than the front. Like.. by the time the train starts accelerating, the last car & back rows are effectively yanked down along with it. Thus giving that “pop” of airtime people go for. The same feeling also comes usually after the first drop, as most coasters then go up and over a smaller hill of some sort. Or any hill or camelback, bunny hop, etc. That’s the same thing.. the back gets pulled along and thrown up and out. So I’d say do NOT sit in the back unless you like the stomach in your throat feeling of weightlessness as well as being thrown up and “out” of your seat. Try more towards the front as well as not sitting by a wheel, I’ve heard. But I never actually remember to try that when I go anywhere, lol (the wheel ‘trick’).

If you hold your breath and tighten up your ab muscles, you feel it less.

Mostly just on your legs. The piece on your back isn't rigid and the main thing holding you in is a silver bar behind your knees

If you can’t fit comfortably, some trains have modified seats that sit traditionally.

Oh yea. Horrible. Though when I say MAJOR I mean a ride that is designed to be an e ticket. That Sleigh ride is C ticket trash@@davidng2336
