Beautiful hair! You said honey is like protein a few times during the vid--I think it's a humectant that attracts moisture but not protein rich. It's definitely great for shine too. You're right that protein balance is important tho!

I have binged watch your videos. I love your energy. I just turned 61 and started my journey in January with a Devacut. I have turned into a product junkie however. I use one collection until I run out and I do keep a journal. Thats how I stay on track with washing etc. Will be watching for your next video.

Love this. Especially when you do these series. Have a notepad taking notes. Where can I find the Aztec Indian Clay mask and the Eden body works Scalp cleanser? Is it ok to use Bragg's Organic Vinegar on my scalp? To cleanse the scalp. I apply heat every time I wash my hair Thank you sharing. Love it!!!!! Love and Light. ♥️♥️

Do you recommend cleaning your hair every washday? I’m not sure when I should incorporate co-washing into my routine

How long do you wait to wash your hair again between twist-outs? A week or two weeks? I do bantu knot outs but I always 2 strand twist before I start to wrap them so I figured I can still use your tips 🤗
