It looks like the pens are gel pens according to their packaging. The info card says ballpoint though. I was disappointed that they were all black ink instead of being the color of the pen.

The padfolio and pens are nice. The hero items of the box for me... I can't lie as you were going through the box I was a little bummed expecting a bit more when you started out with the ornaments and the eraser lol. I have been waiting for somebody to post this so thank you ...my box is on the way.💗

I love the box! Can’t wait to receive mine. I like the stationary a lot surprisingly! The eraser is kinda weird.

thanks for the review. I ordered one this time and I'm not mad that I did. Love the ornaments (matches the color scheme of my apartment actually lol). Definitely can't wait to use the padfolio and pens. The interchangeable cover is nice too. Happy to add that to my collection.

My box is coming Friday! Really like the padfolio, stickers and pens the most. Could do without the paper decor and the eraser is so odd. Looks like the size of a candy bar!

This was my first box and maybe my last. I was disappointed. I didn't get the ornaments and eraser. I gave the eraser to my daughter. I liked the pad, the pens were nice (but agree with everyone else that I wish they had been the color of the pen), the cover, the tape was ok, and i cut the cards into Journaling cards to make them work for me. The sticky notes were ok as well and the stickers. I mean the colors were very pretty, but this just didn't make me wanna be ready to buy another anytime soon.

TBH I think they dropped the ball on this one. Mine is sitting right here in front of me, just got it today. Haven't opened it yet. I do like the pad folio and I always love the stickers.

Yes, I use a pencil for certain things in my work and when I am embracing painting. That eraser is really nice. Feels good in the hand and it erases really well.

I love when things are called “vegan leather”. I think in the 90’s we called it pleather lol. Because its made from plastic. Plastic is generally made from petroleum. Petroleum is made up from fossil fuels. So organically, vegan leather is made from animals that died many years ago. Marketing cracks me up.

Favorite item was the decorative sticker tape. But OMG. I felt the EXACT same about the eraser and the ornaments. NOT Happy with those at all.

I'm wondering how they can say that cover is "exclusive" when I've got one in the mail on its way to me right now - the only difference is mine's a teal/blue/purple blend of colors. Anyone can order them, just search "begin again" on the EC site and they'll pop right up. Is it only that the purple blend is exclusive? If so, they should specify that: "Exclusive COLOR" rather than "exclusive COVER". My favorite is the roller tape - it's very pretty, and the maple leaf stickers. Bummed the leaves are not going to be for sale. There's a distinct lack of "fall foliage" stickers this year across the planning and stickering spectrum.

Based on the price on the website it’s definitely not cooled... between the color and the foil that’s what makes it “exclusive”
