I would like for the pickup button for the trap be different from venting the pack its frustrating to pick it up by mistake in the heat of the battle

You are correct, offline skirmish works now but it only works halfway at the moment. For some reason we can't pick all the different Ghost types. It only allows us to select Ghost from the slimer category, all the other Ghost types and skins can't be activated, the activate option is grayed out like you see in your video. Also, if we try to play as a Ghost it switches to Ghostbusters by default; even if you set your preference to Ghost. So offline mode needs a patch to fix that. I'm on PS4

This game rocks! And illfonic shows their loyalties to their customers which could be verified by all of the patch work and dedication to the Friday the 13th game. Even though it was still flawed ghostbusters has a far greater star so I expect the patch works to improve the great greatly over F13th. Keep up the good work and I’ll keep this game close to my heart indefinitely! And will be more susceptible to invest in future games from illfonic

How does offline mode work? Is it a setting the game or in the EG launcher?

They still haven't fixed "the legend" side hustle sprint task yet I bet... Says to sprint for 2,500 meters but the tracker says you need 250,000 meters

I'm having an issue with offline. I kept getting spawned in as a ghost, even when I've set my preference to Buster. If I quit the match and start a new one, it may put me in as a Buster. Seems completely random.

"Fixed" yeah sure. They've been so incredibly disingenuous with the offline mode ever since the game was announced. All you can do is play skirmish. You can't level up your character, you can't do tasks (missions) and you can't play the story. It's so incredibly disappointing.

Bought this game and i cant get past the fire house at beginning no actual gameplay.

It would be awesome to get gear options from extreme Ghostbusters or from the Atari game. Maybe even a slime blower.

So you need to have access to the internet to play the game offline? What if you don't have internet and wanted to buy this and play offline will it still work?

I've already issued a suggestion that IL phonic to make some music from The Real Ghostbusters to implement it in the game even from the movie if they can they should be able to it's from Ghost Corp it's Sony property and their first or second batch of DLCs they should do all the real Ghostbusters uniforms just the way they were in the cartoon or if you want to get the extreme Ghostbusters proton packs that would be awesome I didn't like it as much as The Real Ghostbusters to be honest I didn't like it at all but it still Ghostbusters and it would be nice if they actually had a ray Winston Egon skins for a DLC for The Real Ghostbusters the cartoon. That's Nostalgia right there I am not complaining at all this game is what I like I'm at a level 30 already I stopped it to play Modern Warfare two once I'm done with it I'm going right back to playing Ghostbusters but I had a question if you play it offline do you still progress in the game do you still get XP points and is it easier to catch a ghost with the Trap instead of having some guy that's on your team always trying to catch the ghost that's how the game for about 4 or 5 days already when you've only had it for a day a lot of people do that they don't play as a team that's what it is it's a team game I understand. I just thought some people I noticed just went straight for the ghost got the ghost themselves and you can't talk to people and say hey can we work something out or I get a ghost you get a ghost we all got to go LOL I had a really good team when I first started playing and I wanted to see if you would like to play cuz I have the Xbox series X also Jason if you wanted to play if you give me a message okay I will give you my gamertag and you can just follow me I'll play anytime you have time. I like how they change the field of view to 119 I don't think it's quite 120 but it's still better like that when it's bigger cuz you can see things from the corner of your eye I do apologize for my little rant but I thought I would put some things out there if illphonic is actually listening to us then I would like them to know some things and to be honest Jason you have a Ghostbusters Channel and they'll probably listen to you before they listen to me I'm telling you if they did some DLCs with the real Ghostbusters I know you can make the suits if somebody pulls off a customization of the actual real Ghostbusters cartoons if they can make them in the game because you can make them look like anything I would love to see those but they should make skins and if you want to change your suit have your name on it and if you want to Ghostbusters two patch on the side of your arm just saying it exists in this world so they should bring Bill Murray into this also. I wish they could do a ghost figure of Harold Ramis that could help you during the game that sounds kind of like him because technically they could use his voice from the AI sound machine that they use for top gun Maverick for The Iceman doesn't have to be an exact replica of Egon but it would be nice I don't want to disrespect his family not one bit the day he passed away was a hard pill to swallow he died a day after my birthday I cried like a little baby. i could play offline... i'm gonna cry tears of joy. i still need a console or internet connection and however much i'd need to afford the game, like buying it on steam or getting xbox game pass and being able to download it then... but just the idea that once its on my console or laptop(less unlikely since its running so slow being a decade old) that i wouldn't need internet to enjoy the game means a ton to me.
