Because it's supposed to be. Jurassic's Velociraptor stand 5ft at the hips, complete with the skull, it's 6ft. Utahraptor stood nearly 6ft at the hips. So doing that math combined with its naturally robust build...

Considering that the Utah Raptor is the largest raptor species (and twice the size of the Velociraptor), it's not surprising.

Because Frontier and their company financer want to hype up the Utahraptor as such. The media did with Giganotosaurus and Spinosaurus for T.Rex now they needed something to outmatch Velociraptor: Utahraptor.
