Yep and his rights weren't violated. People get emotional about rough treatment & think now's the time to play devil's advocate. McCowan had a fiancée, two children & a granddaughter. DeHart put rounds into his already-dead body & yelled racist slurs as he drove away. There IS a limit to just how rough officers can get, and it's up to the defense, the judge & possibly a jury, as to how rough is TOO rough. DeHart could barely show us a bruise now from any of his post-arrest treatment.

Looks to me like they showed extreme restraint. This guys seems like a manipulator whining when it suits him. He forgets from time to time to pretend to be in agony over his "tight" cuffs. At the arrest scene he is already claiming they beat the "s" out of him. He shows no signs of that being the case, no officers seem to have just been involved in a beating. I think people have learned to say the things they can use to accuse police later whether it happens or not. This guys is a disrespectful thug with no remorse for shooting two officers and killing another when they were doing the job we ask them to do. He is the cause and him alone of his situation.

The woman cop lied and got the male cop involved, it’s human reaction to fight back when being tortured. This guy looks alot like Markeith Loyd who also shot and killed an officer. (female) as well as his pregnant girlfriend. This guy was screaming in agony when he was outside of the car, but as soon as he's placed in the back seat, he's quiet.Then he remembers that he has to cry out some more. Goes to show you that he was faking the supposed pain. Glad that there is video of this. My dad was a Sacramento City police officer for many years until he retired. Our biggest fear as a family was that he'd be badly injured or killed in the line of duty like these brave officers were. We would see when he'd lose a fellow brother officer, that he felt it hard as did these whole departments as you can see with all of these officers showing up to escort Kenneth to Blount Co.Jail.
