To compete with what? It’s already as fast as a mustang 0-60, it’s faster than an Integra type S or Civic type R from 0-60. So what are you trying to compare it to for the price point?

True, VW announced in the US the VW R in this video as the new 2024 model with a few improvements. The 8.5 facelift will be revealed in 2024 and is expected te become the 2025 model.

Not the face lift, it will be for the Mk8.5 that should be announced early next year.
