That orange tape on the box is a throwback to the vintage packaging tape they would have used back in the 80’s when these things came out.

Scott, my 47th birthday is on April 19th. Hoping to vlog before the storms come in today. Anywho, haven’t celebrated my birthday since 2018 before my late mom got sick. Am in a neighborhood in Pittsburgh, PA. Trying to get a few friends to celebrate with me the weekend prior to my birthday except Easter Sunday. It's raining hard where I'm at rigth meow. I thought it was going to rain when I was working today, but it just got winddy. I finally got the fish sandwcih that I wanted from wattaburger, and after I eaten it I passed out. I was so freaking itred because I had to do the morning shift. I ate some chilli for dinner.

Got a “limited edition” plus a carrying case. It’s cool, but compared to their arcades (I have them all) it’s…mid. Only offers FM. No AM or shortwave. Also, only the volume, balance, treble, and bass knobs work. Tape player is, obviously, for looks only. Mine have a pretty clear manufacturing defect which shows they may have struggled getting this product to a quality prod point. I think the biggest miss is that the meter needles are just stickers. Would have made this an amazing product if they actually worked. Sound is fair. Bluetooth seems to intermittently drop. Not sure if it is my connection or the NWT boombox? Overall, 6-7/10. Not NWT’s best offer. Nonetheless, the first run seems to have sold very well. Another shipment is reportedly sitting in port. So it you are really into NWT products or boom boxes, then this will be worth a look.

Any glue on the back of the handle on yours? Mine has a ton and i want to wipe it down with some goo gone but i'm not sure if the glue is what helps with the soft close on the handle or if it's just a weird factory mishap on mine.

Is there a way I can be able to buy these still? I go to the website and it says coming soon. I'm hoping to buy both the Bluetooth speaker and mini
