you can unlock the 2 battlegroups for free. the last "main patch" has doubled the number of players.

The player numbers of CoH 3 went downhill from release onwards and were hovering just above those of CoH 1 (which is almost 20 years old!) until the end of November. Since then, player numbers have risen slightly, but are still far below those of CoH 2. Personally, I don't have any reason to buy CoH 3. The game doesn't offer me anything that the predecessors didn't already have. Not only that, these are even fully developed instead of being in a constant alpha / beta stage and offer much more variety and content thanks to mods.

other platforms are not planned. i also don't know any where it would be worth it. twitch is basically just streaming and others are not interesting for me. at the moment it is already very time-consuming to get 1 solid video per day. i can upload maybe 1 video per 5 games played. sometimes you play for 30 or 50 minutes and then you have a disconnect or someone just goes out of the game... often i have people walking out, games that aren't exciting or games that go on for 15 minutes. at the moment i'm thinking about maybe only posting 3 videos a week. i can of course set the ads manually or leave out certain elements but then youtube probably won't be "worth it" for me anymore. i can have a look at the automatic placements, maybe i can change something there. addendum: youtube has added 9 ads to the video... i'll have to take a closer look. but it will take me a few days, as i need to understand the system first.
