back in the early 2000s there would always be a guy doing those airbrushes at carshows. he would set up shop out of his trailer or caravan and people would bring mirrors or gas flaps or glovebox doors... Maybe the car is uneven is because like you said before, it corrects the amount of air when someone gets in or not. So maybe the drive side back bags assumes that someone is in the drive seat when really no one is, over filling that side, making it slightly higher.

take a look at your trailing arm bushings.. i have coilovers on mine but it was lower on the right rear tires, my bushings where completely shot and the car is now even in the rear

Where do you get your lug nuts from? I have aftermarket wheels and my stuck lugs don’t fit and I bought after market lugs but the head is too big and won’t fit into the wheels like it should.

Dam those wheels look good But I hope u got different wheel bolts for them Factory vw wheels have ball seat lugs and aftermarket wheels have conical seat for the lugs Which if u don’t have correct matching It can damage the wheel bolt seats and cause a vibration .

Hey buddy - good to see you made some progress with our prior suggestions! When you replaced the first rear, I'm pretty sure it was still being held up a little by the sway bar connection to the other side (with still having that perch spacer in there) - but now that side is higher than the other when they're more or less the same now...I'm a little stumped. However, now that the spacer isn't in there any longer, is it possible to FLIP the bag assembly so that the airline runs from the top? I haven't seen anything in your vids yet that shows a good comparison of the top AND the bottom recessed mounting areas to tell whether there is a difference in size or depth (I might've missed it previously)... but if you can get away with flipping it and removing the lower rubber pad, you will get that extra 1/4 or 1/2 inch or so overall. (*still not entirely sure why the one side would be higher than the other though - even with that skinny metal piece you were talking about removing.) **Maybe try to disconnect the rear swaybar (keep the shocks mounted afterwards) and drop it back down to see if it equalizes. - you might be getting hung up on swaybar or trailing arm/control arm bushing articulation. I know they're working with you to try another rear bag setup option, but might be worthwhile to give this a try to see if it yields any additional results. BTW - CH's and Mk4 R's are a match made in heaven - especially silver CH's on RS = money! I love my DBP R on 19" LM's but always thought it'd be nice to have some CH's as daily runners..
