I love how Jill explains everything about wigs and make up. There are many who tries to do the same but not as successful in appearance and ambience (which is so important). But when I checked out the prices....WOW! So...I will not loose hope that one day I can buy one in an affordable price. Meanwhile I will continue to enjoy.

I love your reviews as you play with the hair and fluff it, pull it back, pull it up…all so helpful! If you had an unlimited budget would you choose ‘Mesmerized’, ‘Show Stopper’, ‘Scene Stealer’, ‘Miles of Style’ new one ‘Well Played’? Or another similar? In particular for an average/large head, 22.5.

I absolutely LOVE your videos! The black background shows the style and color of the wigs SO well and I could listen to you all night! Your voice is sooo soothing and PERFECT for talk radio! Just order show stopper in shaded wheat, I hope it looks as good as yours, I would like to ask if done any other kind of treatment to it to get it fall like it is? I've seen other videos of show stopper and they just don't look as fluffy as yours, and I love how your bangs a shaped, in other videos the bangs are just not as good to me. I haven't commented in a long time or ever...been watching you for years-off and on.....You look amazing in this wig! You look so much younger! What's your secret? I have learned a lot from you and taken your examples on many things including cutting my own hair toppers, etc. I cut too much off of my Hope topper, but didn't ruin it. What an AMAZING style icon! ;). I absolutely think it's possible to achieve just about ANY look w/ wigs! I think the key to doing updos w/ these wigs is paying attention to how heavy it is (look at the ounces) and when wig reviewers talk about density. When a long wig has SO much hair, it actually makes it challenging to put it up!

Hi Liz! I think that's when I put them up...(like Scene Stealer), but this one doesn't feel quite like 'that much' (meaning length, cuz the density of these are really nice), and easier to feel ok when it's down. ;) Thank you for your nice compliment!

You look stunning. I just purchased my first hair topper with real human hair. Do you only use synthetic hair? I know I need one for the summer for beach time in synthetic hair. It may be this model. Thank you so much for your videos. I am new to this and I still feel very sad and ashamed about my thinning hair. Not really, unfortunately! You can use some types of silicone based serums (lightly) to 'coat' the fibers. I have not like any however (like Simply Stylin'). Currently, I have been using a human hair product from Kenra called Silkening Mist. Nothing works great to be honest. I am enjoying putting my long wigs up...and one reason is to preserve them really!

I very much respect your expertise so here’s a question--my hair is a bright red. When I attempt to wear a blonde wig pulled back or with a head band I cannot hide my color in front of my ears. Do most people with a dramatically different hair color just wear the wig down? What if you are wearing it outside and you’re in wind? I don’t want my color underneath to be seen. Suggestions?

Hello Joyce! Well, if you have good coverage, it could be really no problem... OR you can still try using a little Fill-In root powder in a dark brown (if you are wearing a blonde /w rooting...which I would recommend) on areas that you can see, and that may help a little too.

I have purchased this wig twice and it is NOT very durable, it tangles and frays within just a couple of wearings. I LOVE the style, but the heat friendly fiber is "not-so-friendly." If anyone has found an almost identical style that is synthetic and NOT heat friendly, I would love to hear about it!

I love your videos. I purchased my first Raquel Welch in Showstopper Shaded Biscuit. I have currently been using a wig from Paula’s Wigs in the color Vanilla Swirl that I love the color! It’s amazing and so flattering. I wish I could find showstopper in this color. So my question is my paula young wig always tangles and Mats so bad in the back and it’s synthetic… will Showstopper do the same? It feels different and I notice it says is Tru2Life… what exactly is that and how can I prevent the matting and overall frayed look after use?

I checked out the website this morning. They offered a discount code if you entered your email so I did. When I went to order the wig that Jill shows in this video and applied the code they gave me for giving them my email it wasn’t even a valid code. Be careful.

I always put the links, info and who I recommend when purchasing down in the description of my videos because there are SO many scammers out there! TAKE NOTE: I also describe in the description area of my video that JLBT is NOT a discount code....it just tracks your purchase back to me...which helps my channel a lot. Use JLBT on the end of their discount codes as well. ;)

This was a discount code that Patti’s Pearls offered for giving them my email. I never said it was your discount code. I just wanted to make people aware that the website will say they will give you a discount if you give them your email and the code they give isn’t a valid one. Jill, you have no control over how they do business and we all realize that.

I recently got fitted with a topper but it’s just not right even though I’ve been back to the clinic again and they just tell me it’s because I need to get used to it. Do you help people one on one with situations like that when they just don’t know what’s wrong and the ‘professional’ isn’t helping either?

That sounds very frustrating, Kathie! I don't do that at this time....possibly in the far future, but not at this time. Don't give up! It may be the actual piece. Can I ask what top piece you are having difficulties with?

Not true. Their prices are very much the same as any other online, legitimate wig shop. They ALWAYS have 30% off sales, and their return policy is fair, and pretty much the norm across the board. I would recommend joining their email list so you can get heads up when they have their sales (which is often).

Almost all brands I try in average are way too large for me except Noriko. That’s why I haven’t tried Raquel Welch, but I would love to have one of those beautiful long blondes because that’s what my hair looked like in high school with a lot of teasing and hairspray. 😉

@@purplebeader1 Ok, that screams to me that an 'average' in a non European brand definitely would not fit you. ;) Stick to European brands and you should be good.

@@essanjay8604 I have talked about it in a few videos, and also have another channel dedicated to just that. I don't post as often over there, though. ;). I went "clean" Keto in December 2019. IT is really not a diet, but a lifestyle change trying to reduce inflammation in my body by eating non inflammatory foods, cut sugar completely, and no grains of any sort. I am extremely carb intolerant so most days I am under 25 total carbs a day. If I go over it's because I eat probably too many berries. ;) (but I am ok with that) haha!

They are both RL fibers but how does this wear compared to Spotlight?

They all break down quickly to be quite honest. I enjoy wearing them up which indeed does preserve them! Also using a silicone based serum helps to coat the fibers a bit...however, as mentioned in another reply, I have yet to find one that I like. I am not fond of the Simply Stylin' for instance. I am currently using one for human hair from Kenra called Silkening Mist. With that said...nothing works great. :(. You can revive them by properly washing/and conditioning....and sometimes light steaming these HF fibers can help smooth out the fibers too. I tend not to do that often. Also, when they do start looking frazzled, adding some heat to them (the heat friendly variety) like curling, or even using a larger blow dry heat brush type delio can also smooth out the fibers.
