Wow I can’t believe that you experienced what I did with the birth of my daughter. It felt like panic attacks as soon as the sun was going down!! I also have Hashimotos and as I heard you describe how you felt I stopped making dinner and felt like I needed to comment! Which I don’t normally do! Thanks for sharing! Honestly it’s the only thing that gets me nervous about having a second.That was so hard!

Great video! Really loved seeing all your supplements and pump routine. I agree, getting out of the house is so good for my mental clarity too. I would love to see a what I eat in a day while nursing video. Thank you for not being concerned with your weight immediately after having a baby. She is gorgeous💛I felt the same exact way after having my baby boy, I'm now 4 weeks postpartum and I still have some days when the sun goes down that I feel like crying like the day is going by to fast. I read my word and watch joyce myer to uplift my soul and it really helps and to talk to my husband about it, it helps alot to talk about it with your bestfriend (Husband). You are amazing and doing great mama!!!

I had postpartum depression also. Mine was worse when the days were shorter. My last baby who was born with hypoplastic right heart syndrome who needed surgery at one week old and was born in the month of October put me over the edge and I decided to take medication to Help me with the long road ahead. He's doing really well 14 years later.
