Hello throwers,
In this run I'll be tanking. Wouldn't recommend this build in a pug. As you know Spark of Mjlonir is the Warhammer artifact that lacks a taunt gem (Carnelian). We may do another few Starstone runs after the Savage Divide as to improve on this run (running a Warhammer with a carnelian) and hitting that sub 20, 90k+.
While I grief the team with lack of active taunts on the Warhammer, I try to pull agro through exchanges. 'Exchanges' meaning, hitting, and getting hit (alot).
Its super-fun if you're looking to have a crack and impersonate a DPS. Probably not as fun as a 5 con DPS xD

Im on Asgard tanking mainly from the New World beta, love your perspective, like the vines - I will do some changes to my playstyle based on this, we'll see :D

@@HELLANCE Exactly, death is chosen. I've done some m3s on Savage Divine with the 20% fortify heartrune and actually it's pretty fine :D the rooting effect would be also better on dungeons with more mobs, will check it out more, but seems better than stoneform :) I like your content for tanks, watched a lot on youtube, but you're similar playstyle to mine, that's why I rather want watch yours. Waiting for more tanking content! :D

ooof, thanks alot appreciate it, but you're right though I haven't seen any Tank with my playstyle so its good to know that people out there exist (fake Tank, but DPS LOL!) will post some Tank content soon, hang in there :)

hey, great video. I just wanted to ask if lost stopwatch would be helping more with pulling the aggro?

Cheers. It would definitely help pulling the agro. They've also 'buffed' Stunny Gaze (I say that lightly) 'Activate Taunt Gems and . Stuns last 100% longer, but base damage is decreased by 5%. I don't run it because I want all the damage I can get as a Tank A.K.A DPS

Nice gear, easy to craft but why dont put sundering shockwace or clear out? For max rend output 💪

Good question. I have Sundering Clear out on my other Hammer, but for the purpose of showcasing Mjlonir I went without it. I make up for the rend + weaken with non-stop Vines, you can see this at 2:40

I think its settings > game > then find the setting "floting numbers" and flick it to on or off, go somewhere where you can visually test because I might be smooth braining here as far as the on and off lol

If you use the lost timer artifact amulet you pull the agro even without the carnelian

yeah but you also lose 5% damage and 15% elemental protection, not worth imo

@@HELLANCE Does it do less damage? I didn't see that, I'm hitting 15k on heavy attacks carried on anciant. Regarding elemental defense, isnt there a 50% limit for that type of defense? In this case, just with gems reaches 48%

Actually the reworked Stopwatch you get -10% base damage. There is a soft cap at 50% anything greater than 50 has diminishing returns (not the amount it says)

The damage resistance limit is 50, but you went above it. Is there a special reason for this? Can you please explain? Because many people say different things, some say that over 50 does not work, 50 is the limit, while others say that over 50 also works. How do you think it works exactly?

People who say 50 is the limit, don't know what they're talking about. Go to M11 archives and read details about it.

Let me attempt to answer your question lol. Theoretically I cap weaken individually. Gavel inflcits 30% weaken (w), Shockwave 10% w, Shield rush 20% w, however, in the S3, the efficacy of individual Rend and Weakness have been reduced by 50% and 75% (only for bosses). Debuff caps were unaffected. So, I cap 100% weaken on mobs. Against bosses, debuff resilience means its reduced by 75%. So if I cap weaken at 50% and its reduced by 75%, it is calculated like this 75% (resilience) x 50% (weaken cap) = 0.75 x 0.50 = 0.375 x 100, therefore, the weaken on bosses in the expansion contributed individually from me is 37.5% out of 50%. Hope that helped

BIS for my playstyle. I don't spend much time blocking as Tank unless I'm positioning mobs. If you're exchanging often (watch from 2:40) when you pop vines you get a 10% heal of your max hp which is 10% of 21,694 = 2,169,4. Gives you sustain even if the Healer dies like at 4:05. Hope this helps

yep nerf tanks.. 300 con, and yet he hits for 8k+ sometimes .. fkn joke game xD other guy died in a 1hit, while u took 2k dmg.. ye s4 everyones playing heavy ^^
