Cheers! It's a mix of transmogs, the helmet was a medium piece off the pvp reward track, the chest, gloves and boots are the Heavy set that drops from Savage Divide in any Mutation level, and the legs are a medium piece off the "fur" set, the same one with the bear claws and bear heads.

Since the Attuned Leather Pants leave all of your stats at a base of 15, you only need to spend 10 to get the 25 int that gives you +5% damage to backstabs and crits, so in that case I'm valuing the damage boost over something like 10 extra CON. The 50 FOC gets me CD reduction, and, most importantly, a 10% boost to my healing, which includes the healing I get from the leech/lifesteal on the blooddrinker artifact ring. You can simply run this with 250STR 250DEX 150CON if you don't want to maximize the passive perks like that, or even 300STR 300DEX 50CON for the maximum possible damage if you can handle the glasscannon health pool.

I value the 58 extra stat points and the passive stat perk combinations it allows higher than anything on a round shield :)
