Great question, depends on the scenario. If you are up against a heavy armored opponent AB will do more and will stack with the rend from shockwave and clear out. I use it for small scale and duels vs other heavies as it hits harder than WB. However in 1vX WB gives a greater return keeping multiple opponents in an aoe flatten allowing you to cc chain, peel, or escape if needed. Both are solid choices.

Hello young tank, a great starting point for GS PvP Tanking would be the Syncretic or Frigid Dawn heavy armor sets with the Artifact Serenity. Going full defiance stance so you can maximize defenses and keep the defensive bubble up while you are heavy attacking.

Yes, I have a different Sword and WH I use in 3s/OPR with just a normal jaspers in them. If AGS doesn't patch this in the next few weeks I'll change my runeglass gems out.

If there was no counterplay I would sympathize with you. My opponents could have easily stayed back at range and light roll away and I'd never catch them. If they had freedom or the 300 dex node they could break out of my stuns. Warhammer abilities are very slow and telegraphed - very easy to dodge. What you are seeing is a short clip of what thousands of hours of PvP tanking looks like. There are many skilled players with similar videos on their builds doing the same as mages, rangers, and other melee classes but I get it calling something OP is easier than putting the work in. yeah, there is heaps of counterplay to this. also, they could just kite around him, and he wud never be able to kill a single one. its when playas get heated, and really wanna kill him, where the omni tank shines. also, werent all the brightest best playas.. prolly also used to running together, and just dps ing enemies with target burst. one really good fs light playa tho, cud make him look stupid, and one really good tank can make miultiple lights look stupid.. its a very skill based game. in light and heavy u have a variety of skill in the playas.. and builds also have their roles. no build can do it all. but if u think a heavy tank is too op u dont know much about the NW pvp. there r much more broken tech, builds n exploits etc..

rest assured that while leaping strike has a great animation (much like shield bash), it does _not_ contribute to significant/consistent damage output - that has already been significantly nerfed. besides, it can be (and skilled players do) dodge/block it. secondarily, while it does not have quite the same level of telegraphed animation as shockwave (which the enemies here did a terrible job of dodging anyway), clear out still has one of the longest and most telegraphed animations in the game. there are plenty of things that i think are still a tad imbalanced, but the two that you list aren't it :).

You can see and hear Clearout coming. There's a wind up animation and a sound just before it swings
