As someone with anxiety and depression, my life got SOO much better when I cut out caffeine. I only have caffeine in the form of cacao (chocolate) and kombucha now. Also, for all yall, coffee on an empty stomach is a NO NO! It's too acidic and just murks your microbiome, which is not a great way to start your day.. xoxo sending love
