저라면 무조건 5번째 아파트요!!! 채광과 뷰가 압도적으로 좋네요! 가구구조야 재미있게 놓으면 되죠~ 저도 아기키우지만 뷰랑 햇살 좋아야 집에서 육아해도 힘이나더라고요 ㅎㅎ 그나저나 뉴욕아파트 월세보고 헉했는데 저게 가성비 좋은 매물들이라니.. 쇼킹하네요😅 그래도 랜선 집구경 재밌었어요~

뉴욕은 거실보다 방이 더 채광이 좋다니 신기하네요ㅎ 첫번째랑 네번째 집 괜찮다 생각하다가 다섯번째는 보자마자 반했는데 세탁기 미포함이랑 월세가 너무 비싸서 아쉽네용..ㅜ 집 구하기만으로도 스트레스 장난 아닐텐데 영상 감사해요❤

Its so interesting to see how things are different in other countries. In Turkiye, many houses especially in big crowded cities doesn’t have bathtubs. But all people with babies buy this plastic baby tubs and wash their kids in that. And after they become toddlers, they sit on little chairs for that use while they are washed.

I’ve lived very happily in a studio in cobble hill Brooklyn, paying $1700/month (pandemic prices, woo!) but am moving back home to Seattle and the rent of my studio will go up to nearly $2500 😬😬 it’s a tough time to be moving here!

정말 돈 걱정만 안한다면 5번이 최고인데... 쩝.... 예전에 뉴욕여행갔을 때 아파트먼트숙소에서 지냈을 때 생각나네요. 5번같은 D자형 창문이였는데 창문만 바라봐도 엄청 행복했었거든요... 하지만 너무 비싸다는....

I’m surprised by the amount of gas stoves in most of the units. Every unit had its pros and cons, I felt exhausted just by watching you tour everything! And yes the tiny sinks are ridiculous, it’s like they’re meant for people who never wash any dishes at home. And sadly the lack of designated entry space is typical everywhere in US…makes it so awkward taking shoes on and off. Good luck with your search!

Apartments 1, 5, and 6 are my faves. The 1st one is so roomy, and the 5th one is full of light and has a great view. The 6th one is stylish and has wood flooring, but the view is so-so, and the lack of a bathtub when you have a kid is not an option. The prices for all of them, however, made me choke on my coffee :( Looking forward to seeing which one you eventually choose

I am rather shocked by the rental prices! I definitely would get one with laundry in. If no bathtub you can fill up a plastic baby bathtub and just put it in the shower to wash her majesty, fill it up with shower and kneel next to shower and wash her in there. I don't envy you having to decide! ❤

I can't believe how much rent costs in NYC! Where I live (Midwestern US) you could rent an entire house for less than $2000 a month! But of course then you don't get to live in a place as exciting as New York.

With the 'free' month of rent specials- usually those aren't truly specials. You're just paying a lot more than you should the other months to make up for that 'free' month. It's an easy selling tactic. Loved seeing the apartments! Living in NYC is on my bucket list, at least for a short term!

오랜만에 뵈어요 하루데이님~ 어느새 이쁜 아가와 새 보금자리를 찾고 계시는군요! 뉴욕도 뉴욕이지만 정말 센팍역세권 렌트는....어마어마하네요😂 같은 나라인데 정말 1번 대도시답게 라이프스타일이 너무 달라서 보는 데 설레이는 재미가 있어요❤ 뉴욕은 살아보질 않아서 뉴욕에서 살면 어떤 느낌일까.. 궁금도 하지만 일단 월세보니 엄두가 안나네요 ㅎㅎㅎ 일단 하루님 덕에 당장 식탁에서 뉴욕 레지던트 느낌만 느껴보는 걸로 만족할게요 :)

아, 그리고 조명 부분 말씀하실 때 생각난건데 여러 개의 플로어 스탠드 쓰시더라도 전구를 스마트 전구로 사용하시면 앱으로 한번에 켜고 끄기가 가능하고 그룹으로 묶어서 켜고 끄기에도 편해요! 조명 밝기도 조절이 되구요~ 혹시나 아이디어가 될 수 있을까 싶어 말씀드려요!! :)

5번집이 채광이며 옵션들도 그렇고 가장 좋긴한데 구조가 정말 가구놓기엔 좀 애매하네요.. 그 다음으로 6번집도 구조며 옵션들이 괜찮은거 같긴한데 거실채광이 조금 어두운게 많이 아쉽고 같은 아이키우는 부모입장에서 욕실에 욕조가 없다는게.. 😭😭 저라면 1번집 선택할거 같아요 😊 그나저나 뉴욕아파트들은 영상통해서 처음 접해보는데 제가 살고있는 한국아파트들과 비교해서 그런지 영상보는내내 깜놀한 부분이 한두개가 아니었네요 😮 현관 옆 주방도 깜놀인데 주방면적이며 수납공간도 너무 협소한데다 싱크대크기.. 정말 이게 최선인건가요?? 😳 게다가 욕실크기... 한명만 겨우 지나다닐 정도라니.. 🫠 이중창도 한국은 기본인데 자부심 뿜뿜한다는 말에 충격 그 잡채였네요.. 뉴욕 집값 비싸다는 얘긴 익히 들었지만 그만큼 조금 더 실용성을 키운 집들이 많아지면 어떨까하고 혼자 생각해봤네요 😅

I live on long Island. I can't imagine such close quarters in the bathroom for a tall or plus size person. I agree with kitchen being too close to the entrance. That odd shaped apartment layout, you have to be creative for furniture placement.I hope you find one that suits most top wishes. Love that tune by Sam Ock by the way...
