But who has say on who can and can't join the Other Car will always be ran thru the Asians and Pacific Islanders. Asians and Pacific Islanders are a minority within minorities. In prison the numbers are always smaller compared to Blacks, Mexicans, and Whites. So sticking together with the little numbers they have are essential to their survival.
