I do video, and live stream content covering The New York Yankees, New York Giants and Los Angeles Lakers, which has also lead to the nickname "LakerDog".
You may ask yourself, "If Baddog is a Knicks fan, why does he do Los Angeles Laker content?"
The Reason for this is because I have a family, and because of my work, and gym schedule, streaming all of The Knicks games would be impossible, so I began covering The Lakers in late 2018, because most of their games are played at 9:00PM EST, or later.

At the end of the day, we’re in a hole. Shoen clearly didn’t think it was gonna work out with Saquon. It felt so awkward. It’s tough being a GM, you gotta have all these “tough” conversations and not let emotions get in the way.

They already paid DJ so they were in a tough spot. So if they move on from DJ, they gotta eat the money, get a new QB, have no stop gap rb to help the transition and still need work on the o line.

Thank you, it really annoying that the dominant narrative is Saquan left because the Giants didnt offer him good money and that they paid Jones qst. No they offered Saquon a big contract prior to paying Jones. Saquon said no. He didnt actually want to be here and thats fine, it wouldve been nice though if he was up front about that but its understandable why he wasnt. The only thing that annoys me is that the narrative is the Giants didnt try or that they prioritized Jones when that is just not the case

I've watched Hard Knocks every year and HBO does a fantastic job with these shows. HBO actually does a great job with most of their shows. Max is worth every penny.

I’m ambivalent with the Giants being on Hard Knocks. We are fans of an NFL organization that is close-knit, familial, classy & keeps things in house. I don’t like them release in house secrets, thought or ideas whether it’s “dirty laundry” or “clean laundry.” It is fascinating to see behind the scenes stuff about the inner workings of the front office though. At any rate, for the most part the NFL & sports media are using Hard Knocks to continue to dump on the Giants. “Giants were dumb to pay Jones”. “Even though RBs are devalued the Giants should have paid Saquon” This is contradictory. The same media conveniently forgets about the problems the Cowboys & Eagles have had while they conveniently leave out the Giants winning 22 season. This media uses the Judge years & the 2023 season to judge the Giants now. The Giants had 3 starting Olineman hurt & 4 of their direct backups out for an extended period last year. We were on 3rd & 4th stringers last year. We have improved everywhere & have a deep & balanced roster that is young. If Jones can stay healthy & play to his capability like in his rookie year & 2022 he should be able to lead this team to a strong season. The Judge years were a regression & a wash for him. I hope that he does to shut up all the haters & naysayers. This is basically his 4 year including 2023 but his second healthy one under Daboll. I’m hopefully be we have to see. The Cowboys & Eagles are media darlings & they’re picking the Giants to win 4 games, 5 tops. I really hope this young Giants team which is young, precocious, close-knit, tough, grit & full of heart feels insulted by that. This is a talented young team & I hope all the disrespect adds fuel to their fire. You Gotta Believe.😉Let’s Go Giants.

Barkley wanted to leave, cant blame him, he wants a legacy and he felt like he couldn't get that with Giants. As a Giants fan, I think its good for both parties, Saquon will get 2000 all purpose yards and will make playoffs for 2nd time in career. My Giants, our offense will be better this year than last and I think we will win 8 to 10 games, if we get one unsuspected player to step up like a victor cruz or JPP we can get 9 to 11 wins

Totally respect your point, my question to you is, How does he have a legacy in Philly? He’s 27,injury prone and not nearly the same guy he used to be. If there was a legacy to really make, it’s here. Giants fans wanted to root for him and support him. What did he do? He goes to Philly, as BD points out, our most hated rival and then expects the same fans who supported him and rooted for him to still support an eagle after all of this? Genuine question man.

@@cooldude7821 I’m supposed to believe the same team that has Jalen Hurts and Sirianni running the show are winning a super bowl because they signed an injury prone 27 year old back? I guess the point is I don’t have to but I highly doubt we’re in any danger of that happening. My point is that with, or without a Super Bowl, if he would’ve stayed here and been a giant for life, he’d get the love and admiring he’s so desperate for. One thing is for certain tho, and this is to eagles fans credit, if he continues the same type of shot he was doing in 2023 in Philly, eagles fans will absolutely shit on him and then he’ll have fucked himself out of either franchise giving a damn about his legacy.

Giants suck with a backup QB making 47 mil in 2024. And all you Barkley haters. Him getting 950 rushing yards & 250 receiving yards in 14 games behind that trash O-line in 2023 was a miracle. Hard Knocks is very entertaining and my take on Saquon is a lot like yours. We offered him 2 reasonable contracts and he said no. He wanted more. Schoen stood by his guns and said you go find what the market thinks your worth. Saquon or his agent not circling back is all you need to know. He wanted out and he got his wish. Listening to people on X ripping Schoen on how he handled this is laughable. In the end Saquon got what he wanted and Schoen got what he wanted. Loved the 40 yard dash talk with Daboll.

NY is just trying to balance too much. I like some of their good young pass catchers. Mike Groh is a good WR coach. They need to invest in better o line coaching and development and drafting trenches a few years in a row. The Chiefs do this. NY no foundation to hold onto with a question mark at QB and RB. If I were a Giants fan I would be afraid of wasting Nabers years... but if you DON'T invest, your QB gets beat up and your offense won't work. Dabol you can argue is a better coach than my Siriani cuz he didn't ruin offenses by putting his hands on it like Nick. The WORST years for Hurts were the years where Nick was primarily the heaf chef. 2021 and 2023.

As an Eagles fan who actually hates Dallas much, much more than the Giants... Joe Schoen comes off TOO trasparent. At least on the show. Like he's so honest that it comes off more so unprofessional than an "every man" which is what it looks like he's trying to emulate. I get him needing to make a sacrifice and see what DJ can do, but not supporting him on the o line, and getting a lesser back who can't pass protect as well won't help. Nabers is great, but he could have got another o line player or a better support role and still got a really good receiver in the 2nd round.

@@tebander956 Nope, after the 2022 season in March of 2023... PFF posted the top pass blocking grades. Saquan was number 1 with a 75.5 grade, with 83 snaps in pass blocking, and only allowing 6 pressures on an offensive line that has NEVER been good. Devin Singletary had a pass blocking grade of 69.4, with 82 snaps, and 8 pressures allowed. Also see in 2023 that CMC was looked at as the MOST valuable RB AFTER he got behind a good o-line. 👀

The Giants will be firing the Coach GM and cutting D.Jones. The defense will be dominant, but the offense will not be able to move the ball. Sequon is gone! there will be no need to crowd the line and teams will drop back every play on Nabers. Worse thing they could of done was agree to be on Hard Knocks because they look like amateurs.

Listen to Saquon’s pouting attitude on the phone. Never liked the guy. Liked his talent but there was always something about him I didn’t care for and after listening to his demeanor on the phone I knew my gut was right. I don’t want to hear that once a giant always a giant because he went to the Eagles strictly out of spite.
