Daniel Jones is a winner because of how quickly he has recovered from his torn ACL. He was able to participate in 7 on 7s and says he not only will be ready for week 1 against the Vikings but also training camp. Malik Nabers was somehow better than advertised which makes him an obvious winner. NY Giants Now by Chat Sports host Marshall Green shares his thoughts on the offseason Joe Schoen and Brian Daboll had by calling out his biggest winners and losers in today’s show!

I project 6 to 8 wins this season. I hope Daboll and other coaches get this team better prepared to start the season. They weren't last year. I am also beginning to think Mara may interfere more with running this Team than what the public knows. It doesn't make sense to sign a QB to a big contract, then look to replace him in less than a year. Mara may equal a little Jerry Jones in terms of interfering with managers and coaches.

I trust Brian Daboll completely. If HE thinks Evan Neal is fit to be the starting right tackle coming into this season, Then he must have seen something in his progression. Daboll is no idiot. He knows what he's doing. We've seen alot of proven cases where offensive linemen start off poorly the first year or 2 only to develop into solid offensive linemen. It certainly proved to work that way in the case of Andrew Thomas after HIS first season.

Was Tristan Wirfs that good in HIS 1st year ? Was Tyron Smith All Pro in HIS 1st year ? Trent Williams, Penei Sewell, Laremy Tunsil, Rashawn Slater etc. Let's face it - They all had their share of growing pains making adjustments to the pro level and a new coaching system. These are just a scratch of the surface, Others were Late Bloomers before they became decent, But it's better than not blooming at all. Satisfied ???

Give it up - You should realize by now I know my history of NFL Tackles. As far as the last 10 years are concerned - You know as well as I do the past 10 years - The Offensive line was a colossal failure due to the result of poor coach hiring by Dave Gettleman. At Least Joe Schoen is making SOME level of progress by hiring a real proven football minded coach and stacking up certain talent on the O-line during the off season.

Jerry Reese is the guy who drafted them. As far as the rest goes - The signing of 2 proven lineman like Jermain Eluemunor and John Runyan is not exactly going to hurt their chances of winning. With Those 2 added to Andrew Thomas - You have to admit - The Giants O-line is in better shape now than it has been the past 10 years.

Just because Neal was their number 7 pick in the 1st round, so that means to them that even if he proves he's garbage, they still wanna play him because of where they drafted him at, they all need to go!
