Figure Eight is an American-Chinese restaurant, creatively conceived from the perspective of Chinese Americans in the South, with a focus on seafood. Inspired by the lives of the owner, who transitioned from being the children of Southern U.S. immigrants to becoming Chinese-Americans, the restaurant explores ingredients from the Southern Atlantic region, emphasizing local seafood and seasonal produce to craft Chinese-American cuisine.
Situated right next to Silver Apricot, Figure Eight is the second restaurant, both specializing in American-Chinese cuisine. The restaurant is led by highly skilled individuals, including chefs, owners, and staff who have previously worked in Michelin-starred fine dining establishments like Per Se, SAGA, Crown Shy, and Eleven Madison Park, among others.
