The southern tier is an under-appreciated and deeply interesting region of New York state. Home to cities like Binghamton and Jamestown and such tourist destinations as the corning museum of glass and the national comedy center, the southern tier is well worth exploring. In this video, we look at the geography and history of this region, as well as some of the more famous tourist attractions of the southern tier.
