Glad to hear you telling it how it is re: water quality/10.80 etc. All govts like to sell the clean green message but the reality is different. Same here in Tasmania, rivers damned, old growth forests logged. Yes it’s better than some places but you can’t have world class fishing when Hydro calls the shots with water usage. Keep calling the bastards out Josh

if people started growing shit on the east coast that grows in the dry then the river's would keep flowing to much irrigation on the east coast reckon that is what kills the rivers to much irrigation

shame about the water you should start a petition or something? I think many kiwis would want the water standards raised - but i don't know how the farmers would operate without their chemicals n stuff.

Farmers can operate without chemicals, 90% of them just can't grasp the concept as been using chemicals for so long it's engrained in them. Totally doable though, just a bit of mind expansion needed.

@@kentwardell9511 Hopefully soon the government will put in new regulations, and help support/stop the use of them. So we can be truely 100% green new zealand, then the next thing is public transport and cars. Public transport in Auckland needs development and maybe some more incentives for electric cars.
