Actually it was for an Edwards Integrity but I decided at the last second to use the usual Simplex strobe.

yes and no an annunciator is a something you use to control the panel when you are in a room and when you can't reach the panel

My elementary school has a wheelock ns set to code 3 150 candela and high volume had a bg-12 pull station with some sort of siemens smoke detector. The panel is a siemens rss-11

Are the Edwards Genesis Speaker/Storbes a newer horn? I've seen different fire alarm systems in buildings but none of them use those horns they are usually the red ones with strobes.

At 1:44 why did the EST Genesis make a weird tone that lasted a millisecond or two and sounded normal, I can't describe it but it sounded FWR and then sounded normally.

2 years late but these are speaker strobes connected to a tone generator. Genesis chime strobes do not have a speaker strobe design, they have the horn strobe design which is the size of a tiny phone

I have a Speaker/Strobe system at school They do code 3 Then code 3 again One more code 3 Then this message: Attention Please Attention Please there has been the report of a fire in the building please evacuate the building by the nearest stairway exit do NOT use elevator all disabled persons should use the evacuation plans. I repeat do Not use elevator all disabled persons should use the evacuation plans. Then restart code 3 and process restarts until silenced
