So many illegal mauls there. Players joining a maul must bind on the hindmost player. The sanction for not doing so is a penalty. If the ref lets players on the attacking side pile in all over then there’s no skill in the maul

I couldn't agree more. If refs allow players to join maul in front of ball carrier then its almost impossible to defend legally
