 Griffith Lakes is located close to everything! Shopping, restaurants, a Chick-fil-A directly across the street as well as a Harris Teeter grocery store and another lake community by the name of Davis Lake.
You can get to I 485 Which Will Loop around Charlotte, in about 15 minutes. While driving to the I 485 Loop you will pass gas stations, restaurants, shopping, Best Buy, Lowe’s and more.
Head the same direction and you will reach a 1-77 in about 10 minutes!
Head in the opposite direction and you will find more grocery stores, restaurants, our boardwalk, where you have paddle boating bars, and more. Famous Toastery is one of my favorites in the area.
 You will also find a nice variety of eateries at the boardwalk!!
You will also reach interstate I 85 which will take you into uptown Charlotte in about 25 minutes. Total commute to Uptown 30 to 35 minutes.
