I own an1888 dated Newfoundland two-dollar coin. It was one of those coins that simply said, "You must buy me". Newfoundland is a wonderful place, great scenery, fantastic friendly people. Newfoundland has a unique historical relationship with Britton, Canada and the United States. Well worth learning about.

Hi Ben, as someone who collects Newfoundland coins it’s an absolute delight to see some exposure on the series. Newfoundland banknotes actually have really interesting denominations like 40¢,and 80¢ and are extremely rare in any condition.

Beautiful coins. Congrats on hitting 25K subs! ❤👍 I remember when visiting England in 1975 they were transitioning from the old coinage system to the new coinage system. The new coin was the same size as the one it was replacing. For example: an old 2 shilling coin was the same size as the new 10 Pence. Not really a double denomination, but I thought is was cool that both were circulating at the same time. Thanks!

Polish coins from 1832-1850 have both zloty and kopeck denominations on some of them, 1 zloty/15 kopecks coin for example.

The 1804 5 shillings dollar comes to mind. Keeping with the overall episode it's also overstruck on an 8 reales. Not destined to circulate but I know france had the conversion francs with euros/francs on them. I'd assume there were other similar things made around the time the Euro took over europe.
