You cooking bacon and eggs just reminded me of one of my dad’s Newfie friends. Buddy would build a deer stand here in Nova Scotia, the stand would be more like a palace. All lined in underlay you’d put under carpet. He’d be in at that stand before daylight and get his Colman stove going by 8am and cook up bacon and eggs there . Anyone down wind would smell it cooking from a long way off. Lol. Not sure why he didn’t see any deer. lol . Guess it was his way in enjoying life. Congrats on a good eating moose!
