@@Sammmm85 Everyone hated them when the debuted coz they're like the first young, fresh, girl group who's close to other famous male groups that time like Super Junior and female fans disliked that they were always seen together in photos, videos, and shows with their fave male groups. Then during Dream Concert 2008 where they perform along with Super Junior, TVXQ, and many others, all the fans of these male groups united and connived to turn off all their light sticks and never give SNSD any applause. So SNSD went in there performing in front of a black ocean (dark audience) with very few supporters and pink light sticks can barely be seen. SNSD who were mere teens that time were devastated and felt shamed to the point you can hear them having voice cracks while performing coz they felt like crying. But despite this dark time, SNSD persevered and ultimately became loved all over the world. They will always be the eternal Nation's girl group, the pioneers and the standard of all girl groups in the 2000's.

Ever since Hyein's birthday, their social media hasn't posted anything except for a few pictures. Illit, which Min Heejin is claiming has copied her concept, has been posting a lot on social media and they have been promoting their songs a lot. Korean netizens have noticed this and that's partially why Korean media is extremely on favour of Min Heejin. It's not the only reason but it has become clear that Hybe has tried to copy her concepts at this point and, as we've seen, Illit is indeed getting massive favouritism around this period

Now HYBE is disregarding Min yet again when they debuted another group extremely similar to NewJeans just, like, the month before NewJeans’ long-awaited comeback, despite Min’s having raised concerns over doing such a thing beforehand. And now that they’ve got their successful NJ-like, non-NJ group, they’re trying to kick her out of the very individual label she created based on souped-up charges.

Doubt it. Hybe owns them, their company and also their name. Would be stupid to let go of the #1 4th gen girl group. Only way a disband would happen is if they follow MHJ. They would have to pay a huge fine for breach of contract to leave. Might lose their NewJeans name since Hybe owns the NJ IP. Then they'll be stuck in litigation for who knows how long so they won't be able to make any music.
