We already miss Timo in SJ, but with our aging roster and depleted farm system it had to be done. Hope he gets a chance to win a cup with the Devils. I'll be rooting for NJ in the playoffs this year.

Fitz has been a great GM for us. This is a massive moment for the season. Great move on Andres Johansen dump too. Sad to Zett n Nikita go but the return will pay great dividends.

as a sharks fan i'm kinda annoyed to see how happy he is. lol. i'm glad he got traded though, really. he cares about himself and his stats more than anything. (there's a good reason he takes the most shots in the nhl, folks! ... yeah. facts don't lie and don't have bias). ... at any rate, i am OK with him going. He's prob a little banged up but the Sharks kept him out cause he was going to be traded. I'm sure he's "playing up" the injury just so the Sharks dont get crap from the league. I'm sure they will crack down on teams next season for sitting guys likely to get traded.
