there will be no wind because one side is always closed. especially when making the cooling pad really there is no gap for the wind to enter and blow

always remember to glue your 9v battery to your project and on/off switch, because 9v batteries last forever

You should leave a bit space from both the ends of the fan to let them suck and leave air but leaving this every thing else was good.
