Biggest problem with out towns and cities is tarred or paved roads, town planning, proper drainange. You can build all of those fancy buildings but without these three things, you're wasting your time.

Poor city planning. They are using all those lands for houses, where will people farm to feed themselves in the future? Also, most houses have big fences which is a reflection of insecurity.

The people can buy lands and keep to farm. There is more than enough
