Tom Sawyers Island was my boys favorite place in the park. We would bring picnic lunch & spend the whole day there. We would get ice cream at Aunt Pollys. Remember teetering rock & shooting from the fort? Ahhh the days of playing make believe.

The spinning rock and tilting rock was there the pieced together boards with “Fowler’s Inn” piece is. It was up on the hill. 👍🏼👍🏼

Wonderful episode very calming and old school Disneyland that a lot of people skip. I think that it's because parents don't read classic fiction or fairytales to their kids who don't really even know the references. LOVE you guys!

I'm so glad the Storybook Land Canal Boats are back! That ride is so peaceful and I love seeing all of the tiny models of castles/houses/towns from famous Disney movies!!!

Gosh it just blows my mind that a few months ago all we could do was look through the gate. Everything is really getting back to normal here. Just weird to think about it. Anyways....there were such a chill/fun vibe to the this video. I really enjoyed it. Love that island. I always take a power nap on the benches by the treasure. It's usually fairly quiet, and cool/shady/breezy there. So beautiful right on the water. Plus bathrooms nearby. Best spot in the park.

YAAAAAYYYYY!!!!! when I took my family there earlier this month we noticed no Tom sawyer or pirates cove or whatever they call it now lol We really like storybook land too, those miniatures are amazing and inspire me when I work on scale models.

I’m 58 and every time I get home I always ride the Storybook boats…it is literally my earliest Disney attraction memory. I will be there in Aug and this made me not just excited for my park day, but nostalgic about riding the boats with my Dad💖 I always like your vids, but your channel is really the one the gives me all the feels.

The train an the twain shave and a haircut oh my gosh that was a joy! Thank you for taking me back to my childhood on tom sawyers island I pretty much lived in the caves from 9 to 16 years old…:) We used to call that kissing caves! 💋 loved it there!!! The canoes? Ha not so much haha.. you guys rock thank you so much for the great video and I know where I’m getting my princess coloring books now!! ❤️

Cool to see the Disneyland version of Tom Sawyer Island which is much different than Magic Kingdom’s version. Is the fort open at Disneyland or no? I was there at DL 5 years ago when the river/boats/canoes/TSI were all under refurbishment which I assume was the prep work for Galaxy’s Edge.

I'm curious how you managed to hold the GoPro camera and keep your hands free to paddle on the canoe. You did a good job, considering that you also changed angles from the floor of the canoe, as well. I also liked how you set up your third person view on the rope bridge. It would have been more cool if you also had a wireless mic set up. Takes some patience for this unless you have another person to handle the camera.

They’ve been using the sailing ship Columbia for the Fantasmic adventure with the pirates in the show the Columbia may not be opening? Maybe we’re going to get Fantasmic back first 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻that would be great!!
