I am currently in my first serious relationship with my boyfriend. When he found out I had severe panic attacks I thought he was gonna leave me because he didnt know how to handle it when I had one. I also have other mental health issues and a few other personal issues and I need therapy for it,I thought he was gonna leave me when he found out I need to go to therapy because I thought he would think I'm weird and an attention seeker. He doesn't talk about his problems a lot even though I tell him I'm always here if he needs to talk but a couple days ago I found that he had to go to therapy for PTSD...we always reassure each other and the relationship is amazing
