I walked into the Superdome as a teenager when it was first opened to the public. Many politicians at that time had no vision of the future of New Orleans and were fiercely apposed to it being built and the location to where it was built. New Orleans is a walking city. We must give honor to the politicians who persevered and had the vision to see this great project through. Think you for bringing about bigger visions for the city of New Orleans and "THE DOME".🎷🎸🎺

I like the fact that the Region doesn’t want a new Stadium. Nissan Stadium in Nashville built in 1999 is already getting replaced by 2027. So pathetic I think.

The Superdome is still the most badass venue in the United States. I’ve been to tons of venues, and the Superdome to me is King. It was definitely built way ahead of its time.

this stadium better be in the world cup in 2026 cuz it's a marvel to look at and just imagining international fans enjoying the scenes it can give!!!! amazing!!!

Wouldn’t it be better to start over from scratch at this point. Superdome seems to be getting renovated every year. Time to level it and start from scratch

this building is iconic and doesnt need to be new. Renovations have brought it up to date. Maybe other forgettable venues need to be torn down but this building is a historic landmark for several sports and events
