I felt so sorry for this boy. A disabled Brother, his Mother killed, and to be deceived by a crooked lawyer. All the worry about the Murdaugh's being a threat to their family. It must have been a horrible time in his life trying to move on without his mother there to help. Overwhelming to say the least.

The crazy thing is if Alex just gave this kid and his brother $100K each they probably would’ve been satisfied and Alex would’ve kept the remaining $4.1 million that was really meant for them. With the kids paid off Alex probably would’ve gotten away with it but he was so disgustingly greedy he wouldn’t even pay them a dime. Total disgrace!

There is something about this young man that screams he is a person of integrity. His whole testimony and demeanor tells you he has something the Murdoch's could never acquire with all the money they earned and stole and committed fraud to enjoy in their quest for the "better" life. The average person, who has none of the glory and status these pillars of the community they live in have; is of a character and goodness that usually goes unnoticed and unrewarded in one's community. My hat is off to this young man.

I felt so sorry for this boy. He was shaking, so nervous to face his predator, so fragile in the world of monsters. I wish there is some recovery of the money for this young man so that he can look forward now.

It's absolutely unbelievable... I'm literally raging. This poor woman worked for that family for 20yrs has 2 children one disabled. I truly believe Alex had a direct hand in Miss Gloria's death. How coincidental that she "trips and falls", in Alexs' house. Alex finds her, she is able to tell him that she tripped over the dogs, though she was never able to communicate to anyone else (EVER). Alex tells her son at her funeral that he will "file a claim with his insurance company", then he proceeds to keep the entire $4+ mill that was awarded Glorias estate. Strange coincidence? IDTS. He killed her. No doubt in my mind.

This is so upsetting… the poor guy lost his mother in mysterious circumstances which seem more apparent now and was duped by an extremely powerful and influential lawyer… he must’ve been absolutely petrified to go up against such a rotten, corrupt and calculating man. he seems a very sweet person and I hope he feels strength and comfort from his mother, both during this and moving on. He conducted him self impeccably and should be very proud of himself. Money and power can be such evil things. Give me contentment over them at any time.

This poor kid lost his mother who had a fatal accident at Alec’s home while in his employ. This kid then had to pay for his mothers medical bills, followed by funeral bills, and support his adult disabled brother, all while Alec made off with the money that insurance was supposed to pay to him & his brother. Watching this poor guy was so sad. You know they probably struggled financially and here was Alex living off the millions he collected from this case. Not to overlook the fact that her death was suspicious. It makes you wonder if she uncovered or discovered something in their home and Alex had her eliminated too. I have heard they may exhume her to re-evaluate her injuries. I hope so.

As a parent of a disabled child, what Alec done was disgusting. My greatest fear when we (his parents) pass away is what will become of our son and who will take care of him. To knowing steal from such persons is next level. I'm so grateful that this young man sought another attorney and got the compensation that they both deserve. If this doesn't prove to you Alec's moral compass, then nothing will. He has no moral compass and is capable of anything.

I have seen an interview about That Bastard Murdaugh stole from him and his brother. Alex was accused of pushing his Mother from the top of the brick stairs. Murdaugh said "The dogs jumped on her and she fell down the outside brick stairs. My heart goes out to out to him. He and his brother and their family hopefully receive Justice. The full story is this: 1. Gloria Satterfield was the Nanny for the two Murdaugh boys and housekeeper for 20 yrs at Moselle. She made $10/hr. 2. She was going UP the stairs (not down like Defense lawyer Harpootlian said). 3. She fell down the stairs. And here it gets very dark. Make a note of it.** 4. Alex came on the scene and told her to say the dogs tripped her. The dogs were always outside and not allowed in the house. So this was the case on this day too. Ostensibly, he told her to say that, because then he could sue for damages, but not if she tripped on her own. She was dazed and confused and unable to speak. Alex told EMT that she told him that. 5. She taken to hospital where she died. 6. Alex collected $505,000 from insurance meant for Gloria's family, but kept it. **The dogs tripped her so this met insurance requirements. 7. Alex then sued himself and collected $4.3 million from the lawsuit. He kept this completely hidden. The funds came to his office. He kept all the money, not a dime to Gloria's family. 8. Gloria was hurriedly buried and her sons strung along for 3 yrs including her disabled child, while Alex collected $5 + million. 9. Gloria's family sued Alex thru another lawyer and collected a total of $7.3 million for her sons. So justice was served here. 10. After the death of Maggie and Paul Murdaugh, police became suspicious of Gloria's death. Her body is set to be exhumed for analysis. It appears Alex may have played a role in her death. Gloria seemed very dazed and confused and unable to articulate what caused her fall. She was going UP the stairs not down. How is that possible? You trip running DOWN the stairs not up. This is all wrong. Furthermore, either you break your neck or you can talk. She was not articulate. I suspect she was given something to drink that caused her to go dizzy and fall. This is speculation. But the fact that Alex showed up at the scene, gave her a false story about the dogs (which were outside at the time and at every time), had her hurriedly buried, and started the insurance and lawsuit scam right away, sounds like he had been planning this ahead of time. This is not a coincidence. I bet they will find some toxins in her system. Note also that in Stephen Smith's death, it was very suspicious. Stephen was a childhood friend of Buster Murdaugh, oldest son of Alex. Stephen was gay. They had a gay relationship as adults at 19 yrs in 2015. Suddenly, Stephen is found dead by the side of the road, a big gash on his head. His car is a few feet behind him, with the gas tank cap off. Who arrives on the scene first? Why Alex Murdaugh of course! The police let him through (Good ole Southern boys must stick together). The fuzzy conclusion was that he ran out of gas and a car hit him with its side mirror. Excuse me but... 1. Stephen had his cell phone and would never have walked in the dark alone. No calls were made. 2. If a car had swiped him, he would have been looking at the car and waving for help, not had his back to it. 3. A car side light is not at the height of a tall man's head! Its at your waist level or chest, but not head. 4. If you run out of gas, do you leave your gas tank open with cap off while you walk off? No!!! This was staged to look like an accident and the southern cops were too lazy or too corrupt to investigate. They blamed it on a hit and run, case closed. Stephen's mother never gave up on this. This is why they are reopening this case. He was a blond, handsome young man of 19 yrs in his prime. How dare his death go unpunished! This is yet another case of corruption and influence peddling by Alex Murdaugh. This is a hate crime. Alex did not want his family name sullied by the association of his son with a gay boyfriend. Stephen was murdered. We don't know by whom, but this was murder. This man Alex, is as rotten a human being as can exist. 5 people died who were associated with him and his family: Stephen Smith 19 yrs in 2015, Gloria Satterfield 57 yrs in 2018, Mallory Beach 19 yrs in 2019, Maggie and Paul Murdaugh in 2021. I wonder who was going to be next.

Gloria was a hardworking and loyal caretaker of the Murdoch home and children for over two decades - this wasn’t some 9-5 job this was much more and to find her dedication and loyalty meant nothing to Murdoch is heartbreaking - personally it crushes my soul that he would profit from her death and steal from her boys when they trusted him. This gentleman seems like an honest, humble guy and I hope he can recover the stolen insurance.

This young man spoke beautifully. Nerves can make you speak fast and he seems to have a slight speech impediment but I found him intelligent.
