দেশের আদালতগুলোয় প্রতিনিয়ত বাড়ছে দেওয়ানি মামলার সংখ্যা। অনুসন্ধানে দেখা যায় ৩০ থেকে ৩৫ বছর ধরে বিচারিক আদালত থেকে হাইকোর্টে ঘুরপাক খাচ্ছে এমন মামলার নজির রয়েছে বেশ কিছু। সুপ্রিমকোর্টের তথ্য বলছে বর্তমানে সারা দেশে বিচারাধীন দেওয়ানি মামলার সংখ্যা প্রায় ১৪ লাখ ২৯ হাজার ৮৬১টি। আইনী জটিলতা, আর সংশ্লিষ্টদের সদিচ্ছার অভাবে মমলা চলে যুগ যুগ ধরে। হাবিবুল ইসলাম হাবিবের বিশেষ রিপোর্টের আজ দেখুন প্রথম পর্ব।
