Hats Off to Justice B.R.Gavai of Supreme Court of India, known and respected for his judicious Judgements. The stand on a Petition over a frivolous issue against Sri. Sri.Rahul Gandhi, filed by the Petitioner Sri.Panday-an Advocate in Lucknow, taken by Justice Gavai, seems just and adequate. His ( Petioner) being asked to leave, immediately, his Court room warning him of serious consequences in he case non- compliance is equally satisfying. s The Advocate is in the habit of filing Petitions on frivolous issues with more than 250 odd petitionns pending in various courts. Despite being awarded with a fine of Rs one lac, he does not seem to have learnt any lesson. Even, a commoner like me, with no knowledge of law, I feel, the Advocate has been shown the place to where he belongs.
