The basic of Indira Gandhi's corruption was not Sanjay Gandhi. The "basic" was Nehru. She surrendered to USA and USSR and gave back PoK in 1965 war as well as in 1971 war just to favour the arms business of west. Nehru, on the other hand, created PoK in 1948 for the same reason.
