If X person kills the Y person in front of the person (judge)who gives justice in the court. when that case comes in the court, if no proper evidence is found to prove that X killed Y even it happend in front judge. In such situations should judge followe the rules or should show morality decision? Same situation happend here, if speaker followes rules only they wouldn't have disqualified but that would be injustice, he shown his morality here
