Once our cast went to a Baskin Robins after our 2nd show and the staff there said if we didn’t quiet down (we were singing my shot at the top of our lungs-even though we were all from the cast of BATB) then we would be kicked out then we started yelling “LET THE DRAMA KIDS BE DRAMATIC”

I was a part of newsies at our school last year but I was only a chorus member so I was just in the ensemble. I only made one friend and that was during the second to last rehearsal but luckily were still friends! I had fun performing the show

its about the newsboy strike of 1899! its like a realistic historical fiction musical that’s kind of like about the rise of the underdogs and has some romance and stuff
