You should not do any exercise until you have pain in your shoulder joint. Just apply hot fomentation and TENS over the muscles around the shoulder joint, either one or two times a day for 15 minutes for each modality. If there is swelling within the muscles of the shoulder joint then do not apply hot fomentation and apply cold fomentation. the procedure of cold fomentation is, to put a big ice cube in a cloth and move over the shoulder muscles constantly for 20 minutes without stopping even a second. keep in mind that cold fomentation should not exceed more than 20 minutes and ice should be covered in a cloth otherwise, it will cause ice burn (frostbite). You can apply cold fomentation 2 or three times a day. Cold fomentation is also beneficial even when there is no swelling within the muscles of the shoulder joint. I hope if you apply cold fomentation the problem will be addressed soon. If you need any further medical advice feel free to ask! God bless you with health and a peaceful prosperous life. Grammer tense is necessary first all, and after newspaper structure like what comma used for and - this symbol use for and active passive.. I think this is sufficent for news paper reading..

Sir, In the sense that you are trying to explain this sentence, I don't like that fact that she loves Ramesh. 1. If we parse the sentence and take the first" that" as a demonstrative pronoun, it points to a specific fact. 2. If we take second" that" as a conjunction introducing the noun clause, she loves Ramesh. The sentence could be understood if the first" that" is indeed a demonstrative pronoun. But still, it is awkward and is not used commonly in English grammar while it is correct, so your first sentence is grammatically more suitable. I don't like the fact that she loves Ramesh. It is more natural and straightforward. It is my point of view whether you agree with it or not. God bless you and please tell me if I am wrong in this context, because your suggestion is more valuable for me. "The fact that" is a correct determiner and you know it much better than me, indeed your knowledge is far better than anyone else including me. God bless you with health and a long prosperous life.
