Pakistanis are confused between religion and culture ... their religion is Islam but culturally they are Hindu ... bcoz of identity crisis sometimes they try to connect them self Arabs sometimes Turks ... they are converted Hindus ... you can convert religion but can’t culture.

The guy singing 'Baazigar' is quite obviously from Afghanistan, most likely Tajik or perhaps could be a Pashtun too. So not that foreign tbh.

There are several people in Russia and Belarus who follow Bollywood music. Ditto for East Africa - in Houston and Dallas I frequently encounter African brothers and sisters who not only speak fluent Hindi and Gujarati, they are also very familiar with Indian food and customs.

i have some african american friends here in USA they watch bollywood movies and they knew the actors. One of them is from Nigeria he told me that everyone watch bollywood movies even they are some industry that dubb bollywood movies in their local Language. i had a biochemistry professor Dr. Yakeen. he was from Africa. first day he asked my name i told him Amit. he said oh Amithabh from sholay. haha when sholay part 2 is coming. haha like for 2 semesters he called me Amitabh. haha.

The guy singing mitwa is named Jeffrey Iqbal, he actually is an indian singer from the US his parents are from india. He took part in SaReGaMaPa the US version. He has also performed with many indian singers and is the first American born to sing playback in an indian film with his song "Rubaru". He also does amazing indian and english song mashups on youtube just search his name.
