What exactly is Project 2025 and is Donald Trump involved?

18 күн бұрынProject 2025, the controversial document linked to the Heritage Foundation and, allegedly, Donald Trump, has become a major issue in the 2024 presidential race. While the Heritage Foundation has stated that they don't speak for any specific candidate, the 920-page plan is understood to be somewhat of a conservative wish list should Trump win the election.
The dismantling of the Department of Education, sweeping tax cuts, abortion limits, regressive LGBTQ+ policies, and much more are proposed in the plan which was drafted with input from former Trump administration officials.

People need to go back and read the constitution and bill of rights. If it is not in the constitution as a law, then it is remanded back to the STATES! 2 examples, Abortion is not mentioned in the CONSTITUTION, so the Supreme Court simply said IT IS UP TO EACH STATE DETURMON THE ISSUE. About EDUCATION up to the late 1960s or early 1970s, THERE WAS NO FEDERAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT!!! IT was up to each state to determine what to teach in schools. Please do not rely on the information online. Go to your local library and find out the facts,and don't just believe that you hear from the news. People can manipulate what is on the internet, but they can also add, to or omit from the real TRUTH.

Individuals need to be held accountable and responsible for their actions and decisions. Many jobs are being filled to meet a quota not real credentials. These institutions will begin to fail because of this. This is truly sad!! Downsizing could be the only solution. Or, really looking for the right person for the job instead of merely looking for meeting a quota.

Not at all. The Dems attacking a former pres and violating his rights and the constitution to try and prevent him from being able to run caused the ruling from the court for Official Acts. Notice only when he announced he was running again, they went after him instead of competing fairly. This is the first time ever that this has happened. This is a bad time for the country. Not everyone in Trump's last admin was there for him. There were a lot of establishment swamp types there. He had to fire some of those people. Whenever people bring up that, they have to know this was his first term from the outside and he's more familiar now. Trump has his own thing that sort-of goes against some of what's in P25. This video is biased though. This association is a left fear tactic to turn the public on him. They don't have any good plans themselves for the American people though.

You need Congress to pass laws. That's the constitution. Also, Trump does not seem to be all in on project 2025. For example, project 2025 calls for a federal ban on abortion, but Trump wants any bans left to the individual states. That is why a federal ban was left out of the republican party platform.

I don’t think it’s a bad thing. I mean if you think about it the people who have the most control are the ones that aren’t elected by the people, they don’t have to answer to the people, and they’re in those positions until they retire.
