Newton’s Universal Gravitation vs Coulomb’s Law

This video explains the differences and similarities between Newton’s Universal Law of Gravitation and Coulomb’s Law for electrostatic forces. Newton’s Universal Law of Gravitation is used to calculate the magnitude of the force of attraction between two objects that have mass and Coulomb’s Law is used to calculate the magnitude of the force of attraction or repulsion between charged objects.

It’s quite satisfying that there should be such a symmetry between the expression of Newton’s law of gravity and the expression describing the Coulomb law of electrical charges.

can u explain to me, do "forces are equak in magnitude but opposite in direction"in charges? you've mentioned it on the similarities section, Im thinking how if they are positive charges,they will be heading at the same direction. pls reply thanks
