im 31 and people have always told me i suck at singing. no one says shut up but people would make comments so i stopped singing. then your channel popped up in my recommended for some reason and youve convinced me to learn. its only been a week or so and already my pitch problems have been drastically fixed, and my tone is improving noticeably as well. i got your course and plan to keep practicing. thanks for inspiring me to find my voice.

Brilliant! Your teaching style makes learning about singing non-intimidating and of course fun! I've been singing in church since I was child, though I've never taken real voice lessons and part of the reason is because I always found some of the teachers either intimidating or boring.

I'm glad I found you; I'm a beginner singer. Though I used to sing in front of the class or under the shower when I was a kid... my friends told me I have a nice voice, but I want more. I hope it's not too late for me because I'm 64 yrs old. I'm doing this for self satisfaction.

I take it back. I said my larynx will raise as I go higher. I feel no tension at all, even at my highest of notes. It might be the extra effort of keeping the compression going because as I get higher I get closer to my break. So, I think I mistook the raised larynx for compression. Would you agree? PLEASE answer that question.

Hello! I am from small country in Europe. I just found your video for first time. I have question. I sing in tune, I think… without tension. But sound… indolent, flaccid… sounds … without passion. Like … someone but gun on my head and tell me - sing. I really like to sing, but when I record my voice , this is what I hear. How to fix this?

Why do you go from chest to head/falsetto? Why not chest to mix? When I go chest to head I strain :( Is it cause I might be lifting my larynx?

charlie's technique is not so desirable for a singer. he has great tone though.

Lemuat Kosher what do you mean by not desirable? I want it! and i know many others want it too.The way his falsetto and chest voice connects its so smooth every note he sings is so smooth.Yet when he opens up his voice its so powerful and really gives the feel to a song. I am not saying i wanna be a copy of him,i want to know how he does it..i can hit his falsetto ranges but can't connect with my chest voice(my voice breaks or i have to yell) as smoothly and easily he does....thats all! I am trying this songs suffer,i wont tell a soul,dangerous,we don't talk anymore...all his songs 😂 What should i do...anyone any tips!
